Jewellery has been a part of Tim Parker's life from the very beginning. Some of his earliest memories are of kicking around in his dad’s workshop, surrounded by tools and equipment—watching, learning, and inevitably getting in the way.
As a second-generation jeweller, Tim was trained by his father, John, who passed down traditional handmade techniques and an old-school respect for craftsmanship. Tim began his apprenticeship in 2010, became fully qualified in 2013, and launched his own business in 2016.
From the start, he’s done things his own way—never chasing trends or worrying about the competition too much, but focusing on authenticity, quality, and a straightforward, no-nonsense approach.
I aim to cut through the noise, the intimidation, and the mystery that can surround buying custom jewellery—especially engagement rings. No pressure, no BS, just straight talk and quality craftsmanship. That’s why I created my Classics range: five timeless designs that strip away the overwhelm and make the decision easier.
Tim’s design philosophy follows the mantra that less is more. All design, particularly jewellery, should be practical, balanced, and honour materials. Inspired by architecture, mid-century modernism, and the Art Deco period, his work reflects clean lines, refined proportions, and an elegance that lasts beyond trends.
Away from the bench, Tim is a golfer, a footy tragic, a live music fan, a keen fisherman and gardener/DIYer, and always up for a road trip. These days, most of his free time is spent with his young son and partner, embracing the wild, wonderful chaos of fatherhood.
